 | Bob was born in the Green Mountains of Vermont and raised in the Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee. He graduated from Brookline High School and Massachusetts Bay Community College. His late father, Newton R. Douglas, taught him the insurance business. Licensed since 1971, Bob was the 25,000th CLU to receive his degree from The American College. He received his Advisors License in 1989.Bob is the father of three grown children,and resides in Winthrop, Ma. He is a very active leader in the Boy Scouts, and The Knights of Storer. Bob is committed to quality service and long term relationships and is prepared to provide his clients with a full range of quality insurance and financial products and services to suit the needs of today’s discriminating clients. |

 BRENDA F. FRAZIER, CSR | Graduated high school in Tabor City, North Carolina and migrated to Providence Rhode Island.Attended the Sawyer School of Business and joined the Travelers Insurance Company family in 1972. Worked initially in the Financial Services (Life, Health, Disability and Annuities) side of the house for several years. Later underwriting Workers’ Comp., and processing Auto total loss claims occupied much of the twenty – three years I was employed at Travelers. After retiring from Travelers, I was employed by a subsidiary of J.N. Phillips Glass, where I established and maintained a rental program assisting customers of several insurance agencies in all aspects of obtaining and maintaining substitute transportation while their vehicles were in repair following a covered loss. Joined the staff of, Robert S. Clark Insurance Agency in 2008 and find the tasks both exciting and fulfilling. I am looking forward to assisting you with all of your insurance needs. My hobbies are many, but primarily, I enjoy gardening, motorcycling the highways and byways of the New England states and heavily interacting with my six pound Chihuahua, Mr. Peanut, our office mascot. |
 JEAN L. GOSLING | I was born in Lynn, MA and raised and still reside in Marblehead, MA.After graduating from Marblehead High School, I attended Jr. College and graduated from the University of MA with a Bachelors Degree in History and Minor in Education. Just out of college I worked at Widner Library, Harvard University as an assistant to historians in the President Theodore Roosevelt Collection. I began my insurance career in 1973 in customer service and claims. Became a licensed broker in 1993 and worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Was awarded the Prestigious Customer Service Award by Liberty Mutual in 1993. Continued to work for agencies throughout the area specializing in the Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, , account rounding and account reviews. Received several additional awards in customer service throughout my career. In addition to my insurance career, I am active as a local volunteer at The Marblehead Food bank since 2004. I am currently serving as Director of the local MA Association of Insurance Women, Essex County Chapter, past state chairman for legislation, publicity, safety, and public relations boards and promoting education through-out the state. My hobbies are the ocean, music, theater, cooking and history. I began working at Robert S Clark in February, 2010 and look forward to servicing all your insurance needs. |
